We Turn Ship

We-Turn-Ship offers youth the opportunity to immerse themselves in the inner workings of a nonprofit organization. Participants:

• Plan events and work on special projects.
• Lead mentoring and civic engagement activities.
• Develop critical skills like teamwork, leadership, and project management.

This program fosters collective action and community impact, preparing interns to become future leaders while giving back to their communities.
